Csino Terms & Conditions — Complete Terms for Membership, Bonuses & Payments

The following requirements must be met to become a Csino member. These are both legal obligations and safeguards for all members.

You must be at least 18 years old to register with Csino and use any of its gaming or betting services. Age is verified during the KYC process. If anyone under 18 is found to have created an account, it will be permanently closed and all accumulated balances will be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one Csino account. Opening multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and all associated accounts will be closed. Members of the same household wishing to use separate accounts from the same device or IP address must notify support in advance.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number when registering.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information may result in account termination at any time.
• To update any registration details, you will need to submit a request to support with KYC verification.
• The mobile number and email address linked to your account must remain active.

Csino primarily serves residents of Bangladesh and other countries where online gaming is legally permitted. It is each member's responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in their own country or region. • Deposits made from another person's account will be treated as money laundering.

Members may close their own account at any time, and Csino also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under certain circumstances.

Csino may suspend or close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Harassment of other members or staff.
• Fraudulent activity against the platform.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any real money balance will be refunded. However, bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited.
